Fresh shrimp marinated with ginger and rolled in crispy golden brown sheets and served with sweet plum sauce.

Ground shrimp and crabmeat wrapped in a tulip shape, then delicately steamed and served with soy vinaigrette.

Crabmeat wrapped in crispy golden bags, served with sweet plum sauce.
